All the competitors charge at least AED 1,000 more! So I got suspicious. Then I saw there is a 3 years warranty if I call for it to be installed. So I bought and call. The installation was free!I have been using it for 2 months now. one word: Fantastic. The installation was perfect. Very good product! Thumb print/ code/ internet/ etc via the app. Exactly what I needed. No point spending more.

This smart lock works like a charm. The door selected by my constructor did not even have a handle, so I could not exit the house without the keys as you could only open the door by turning the key, so the risk of being stuck outside was huge. With this smart lock it solved my problem but is actually so useful to have multiple ways to open the door (badge, fingerprint, code, etc.) but also that you can open remotely via the app (which is not bad at all and very user friendly) but also set temporary access codes.Definitely happy with the puchase!

The Lock is very nice and work with all functionalities. Difficult to install individually, however I contacted the seller and they sent me a very nice and professional technician to install it and he helped with explaining all the functionality of the product. I already have ezwiz cameras and app, so it was easy to add another product. thank you
