Son loves it!
Birthday gift for my son. He always got his first deer of the season with it! 😆 So accuracy and speed were no problem there. We did use different bolts than the ones recommended to buy with it.Son said it was comfortable and easy to use. Lightweight. Quality seems to be good so far.

very light, compact, quiet, easy to cock
Bought it in March, The box came in and had been completely trashed by UPS. This was not Killer instincts fault. After I opened the box and checked it for damage everything seemed to be OK. I put the crossbow together. It did take some elbow grease to get the bow to correctly fit on the stock. I do have it together now and it looks great. I will comment later on the results after using it.not long ago I ordered a Killer instinct lethal and that junk broke while simply inserting Allen screws in to it. I am glade that I gave this company a second chance.I did not get a chance to use this until May of 2025- I used much heaver bolt to soften the vibration on the limbs. I took it to the gun range. It worked for me. 20yrds-40 yrds-50yards. I don't plan to kill deer beyond that. I did what it was supposed to. Very quiet, compact, the trigger was amazingly smooth. Glad I bought it.The bolts were driven into the bag so hard it took a long time to work them out. So>>>> what I'm saying is that it shoots the bolts "Fast"

Compact and silent
I really like the compactness of this bow I replaced the scope crossbow is very accurate there are reviews where guys are splitting limbs on this bow my guess is their bolts are too lite you need to shoot at least 470 grains to absorb some of the energy of this xbow if you are shooting 400 grains eventually the limbs will split the bolt in not heavy enough to take away some of the energy in the limbs it helps if you shoot a 125 gr broadheads and victory bolts really like this xbow hope to harvest a deer with it this season I would recommend this product you can't beat it for the price great purchase good luck deer season

Do NOT buy!
I have purchased this crossbow twice. Why? Because I was reasonably happy with the first one until it catastrophically failed at the end of the hunting season. I returned from a hunt and needed to de-cock the crossbow so I loaded a bolt, checked proper nocking visually and by pushing the bolt against the stop. When I fired at a 7-yard-distant target, there was a strange sound and the bolt flew only about 5 yards. Upon inspection, both cams warped, see the pictures. The hunting season was almost over, so I quickly ordered the same crossbow again hoping that I would still get an opportunity to use it. Alas, I didn't. It took me 3 months to back to it and try getting the bow fixed. Ultimately, the KillerInstict told me that it was my fault ('appears misnocked') and want me to pay for the repairs. And they refused to register warranty on the replacement crossbow 'because I have not done it within 60 days'. For context, I am a very experienced bow/crossbow hunter so I understand the importance of proper nocking and avoidance of dry fires. Furthermore, I shoot the crossbow several times a week, every other day pretty much during the late hunting season. On a side note, the two crossbows shoot with very different speeds using the same bolts/points - the first one was 400 fps, while the second one only 350 fps (I shoot 20" PileDriver bolts with 150gr heads but practically the same result with the included bolts). Another sign of how inconsistent the crossbows are.In summary, KillerInstict makes an unreliable product, blames the customer to not have to honor their warranty and uses every opportunity to not have to apply promised warranty.

Customer Service is Tremendous
This particular crossbow is solid. The design is more compact than my first crossbow from 2 years ago (different brand), quieter, more powerful, more accurate, and a bit easier to cock. I did experience a technical issue with it and had to go through Killer Instinct's customer service for a resolution. It required a small wait on the phone, but the representative was extremely pleasant (even during bow season) and helpful and provided a satisfactory resolution within 10 minutes of start of call. I am impressed and am now a K.I. fan until proven otherwise. Thank you, K.I.

Deer hunting
The crossbow arrived earlier than was expected. The packaging was very good with the crossbow product in three boxes total. It was fairly easy to assemble the crossbow. It only took a few shots to have the crossbow sighted in and it's fun to shoot. You do need a good crossbow target or the bolts will go through the target. I set up another target behind mine incase the bolts went through the first target. I would recommend this crossbow to anyone who is looking for an affordable crossbow that shoots like a more expensive crossbow.

The xbow I received would through fliers
Love KI xbows, we hunt with 2 furious 9.5. This one had me excited but when sighted in it would fire off fliers, at least one bolt out a few inches and definitely not as accurate as our furious. Tried 3 different bolt brands and weights and all the same result so I returned it, can’t chance a 6” flier when hunting.
