Dosent taste great but gets the job done. Although it’s no different than any other creatine. Saying it’s for women or stating it’s for butt growth means nothing at the end of the day and it’s all marketing.

Easy do drink, mixes great, no lumps or clumps, clean product and highly effective, saw a difference in my energy levels and endurance during my workouts from the first use.

I’ve taken a lot of creatine supplements over the years, and find this one to be really effective. No digestive issues or anything of that sort I typically take 3 to 4 on non-workout days. On workout days I take the Vintage Build pre workout, which is also quite effective.
