You have to try!!! It saved me!!
Livfe saver. My daughter had the worst time wanting to stay up and argue, talk, complain, cry..... for years and years. I didn't know WHAT TO DO!!! I was desperate for help. I purchased these to see if they would help to calm her and I can not explain how magical they are. They don't make her feel hung over in the morning either. Just a nice calming feeling that allows her mind to calm and stop having to over think at bedtime. Try them!
