Using the TePe interdental brush in addition to flossing and electric toothbrush use has markedly decreased my plaque. The TePe has removed food particles floss missed.

They work well but are expensive. You can't use them more than about 4 times.

My dentist recommended that I carry one of these with me as a matter of course. I’m so glad he did! It’s very handy for cleaning between the teeth after eating practically anything. And because it’s available in many sizes, I was able to get just the right one for my tooth spacing. Much better than the traditional wooden toothpick!

Ergonomic and does its job as the size of the bristles you determine according to your own teeth.

These brushes are great! I have some wide gaps between teeth in the back of my mouth that get food stuck in them all the time. These are great for really cleaning that out. For me, they work better than floss in that they really push out the food instead of just possibly moving it around like floss does. They are also much easier to use than floss. I use one brush a week and they stand up well with that use for a week. I would recommend.
