The media could not be loaded. I've suspected for some time that I don't eat enough fiber, however hasn't realised how liittle there is in your normal diet; even from eating high fiber foods.Having used this for a couple of days now, my stomach already feels a lot better. This has left me feeling more full and going to the toilet has been much improved too (no need for details 👍💩).In terms of using this, you can mix it into virtually any food or drink. Personally, I've been putting 10g into my large morning coffee. It's largely unnoticeable when in, other than making the texture a little thicker, which is actually quite enjoyable.The blend inside this seems to be researched well by the company. I picked the stronger one, which is said to be immunity boosting, as I feel this is where I could do with the most help.I feel a lot more refreshed in the morning. My stomach doesn't feel as bloated and has been feeling more settled throughout the day too. It's still early days, but I'll keep this review updated if there are any other improvements or side effects over the 30 days of use. I may even continue using this afterwards, if it continues to help me.For now, I can definitely recommend this.

I have supplemented my fibre intake for some years using bran, psyllium or acacia gum which all have good and bad points so I thought it would be worth trying Myota Gut Booster. This is a fine white powder that is used in drinks etc like other supplements. When mixed with yogurt it cannot be detected and with milk also has a minimal taste. The packet lists its ingredients which include guar gum, wheat bran and oat bran. Unfortunately, the relative amounts are not given so the user cannot be sure exactly what they are consuming. The fibre content seems reasonable but there are some users that would also be interested in potassium content, as those with elevated potassium may be advised to take fibre but avoid conventional bran products making this a possible alternative.Myota Gut Booster lists one of its features as being prebiotic but of course it is not alone in this property. This is an easy product to take, I am very happy with it and I am sure it is keeping my gut healthy but I don’t think I am the real target audience as for me it is an expensive way to get fibre.

The powder has a slight aroma, and despite being advertised as tasteless, there definitely is a taste, but not a strong or unpleasant one. The powder dissolves quite well into a range of items; I didn't enjoy it in liquids and found it easier to consume in porridge.It's fantastic that it's 100% natural, preservative-free, gluten-free, and suitable for vegans; it can also be consumed by both adults and children, so it's handy to have in a family household.You will get a lot of doses out of the 300g bag, and there are a lot of benefits associated with this product, but I am not sure if the price of £42.75 is fair for this product.
