No fingertips trimmed in this experiment
I would feel better if this was a full sized table on which to rest my work while slicing it ultra carefully so it will fit just right in an unmatted frame. However that would probably increase the price beyond the value. Comparing this concept of a moving razor blade versus the heavy guillotine idea, it seems apparent that the hidden razor is safer and more controllable thereby giving the product fine utility. The blade is very sharp but controlled by a good grip. Color is okay and build quality seems strong.

Enables cutting 12x12 paper
Sharp blade and ability to measure makes this necessary for paper crafting when cutting 12x12 paper. I love my guillotine cutter more because blade never needs replacing, but it only works for smaller pieces.

Excellent Quality at a Great Price!
I was genuinely impressed by the quality of this paper cutter, especially for the price. It’s sturdy, cuts cleanly, and is incredibly easy to use. The built-in safety guard and side ruler are nice features that make crafting much easier. Highly recommend!

Great to have around the house.
I really enjoy using this paper cutter! I like it's size because it's easy to store and it's light enough to move around. The only downside is that it is hard to tell exactly where you are cutting so you just need to get used to using it to know where it slices. Other than that, it is a great item to have around for any spontaneous cutting needs!

The best craft/home office accessory!
This little thing was a great purchase for home! I have cut up to 5 pieces of paper and 2 pieces of cardstock at once. It Is fabulous and I would highly recommend for home/craft use!

Small, but mighty!
Small, but mighty! My expectations were low since this paper cutter was so inexpensive however it surprised me! It took me a few tries before I got the hang of it, but once I did it was fantastic. The blades were sharp and cut through card stock paper as well as laminated sheets.
