RG400 outer diameter is 4.45mm, 03H jaw's can crimp outer diameter 4.5mm, RG400 coaxial cable terminal has an iron buckle in the middle, crimping is close to the theoretical limit, because the coaxial connector model is not sure, you'd better measure the coaxial connector's outer diameter is around 4.5mm before making a decision.

Q: Is the a58b a sn-28b and sn-48b combined in one jaw? also is this a single action or do i need to crimp twice (conductor + insulation)?

The A58B is a combination of the SN-28B and SN-48B, has crimp sections for both jaws, and requires only one crimp.
