Excellent quality components! Installed easily and fired up first time!

Here at the city headquarters it was time to install some glass rocks in the trusty fire pit. So, I bought some glass fire rock and started removing the old volcanic rock and crumbling fire logs. Turns out my trusty fire pit was in reality a rusty fire pit and needed a new pan. This was the ticket. My wife and I tore the old one apart and using what was left of the pan marked the holes we needed to drill in order to match the mounting holes. That stainless steel is tough. Good thing I had some mustard for the drill bits.this was the only modification I had to make. The valve mounting bracket wasn't an exact fit but it worked just fine for me. I took some small jack chain and a couple of key rings and made a valve key keeper so it is right where I need it. The pit looks better than new and we are extremely pleased. Fit perfectly in the opening and looks and works fantastic.

The burner was delivered quickly and is very sturdy. It was relatively easy to install but I didn’t give it 5 stars because the instructions are minimal. Mine came with all the fittings loosely attached, one of which is an air mixer that’s necessary for propane. It was attached upside down but the instructions didn’t say how it needed to go so I initially installed it the same way it came. This produced a very low flame, quite a bit of propane noise and some propane left in the burner when I shut off the valve. I went to YouTube and found an excellent video that clearly showed how to install it (not from the manufacturer). I flipped the air mixer and it works great! If you purchase this and use it for propane, be sure the arrow on the air mixer points in the direction of the gas flow. Other than that little issue, it is easy to install and works great. I highly recommend it!

Only had to get a few fitting to make this work for NG.Built my own base, plug and play fire pit. No rattle from the valve or line. No whistling from the porting in the tubes.Works great! Lots of heat and plenty of flame.

I think this is the first bad review I’ve ever written on Amazon. I don’t mind if you get a faulty product and they let you return it, or at least contact you back when you leave a message, but this company’s customer service is abysmal, and they forfeited their right to a favorable review.The good: The fire ring looks nice. It’s shiny.The bad: The knob doesn’t fit, and it doesn’t light.The ugly: Customer service. Be aware that this item is non-returnable, and calling the company is fruitless. They don’t answer, and don’t return a call. We’re not even sure that our message was recorded. There’s no way to contact them electronically. I spoke with Amazon customer service, and they refunded me and said it wasn’t a safe item to return. I suppose they’re worried there may be gas lingering in the ring or a line.This was a waste of three hours of installation, and trying to make it light. At least their helpful troubleshooting instructions tell you to make sure the gas is turned on. 🙄.

I read the reviews and this item had quite a few good ones and some I don’t understand, especially flame height. This is where I decided to set ours but it can go much higher. I also put a wind screen around it and notice it does interfere with warmth of fire reaching out further around the table . I may remove.When our fire pit burner rotted out over the years we considered buying new . That was until I saw how hard it was to find a 42 inch by 42 inch table pit . And when I found something similar in size it was 1500 and more . I replaced the old with this from Amazon along with wind screen and rocks for just over a couple hundred bucks. We’re happy !

It's a great product!! And for me it was a good to install!!

Used this for a home built fire table. Overall quality is good and it works and looks great except for a couple of annoying things. 1. The igniter quit working almost immediately and no matter how I position or expose it, it won’t light the propane. 2. I had to replace a pipe fitting that leaked regardless of how tight or the use of Teflon tape. Pretty critical, besides being dangerous, the leaking froze parts of the supply line.
