Amended review July 25. Way too small, not sure accurate
Since my initial review, the seller offered a refund. I believe this shows the seller is honest and stands behind their products. Will order from this seller againWay too small to use while in the water, or after I hold it.

Measures temp in increments of 5
Temperature measurement marks are set at increments of 5. If you’re trying to measure something more specific this is not the thermometer for you. (I ended up needing to know temperature to the exact degree or two. I learned that certain fish will bite at 52°, but virtually disappear when the water temp measures 53°.) Good thermometer if you do not need specific temp (for example if the water is in the upper 50’s vs lower 60’s). Thermometer was waterproof and compact.

Well made but lacks increment accuracy.
Disappointed I did not read the reviews prior to purchase.Product is well made but temperature markings are not accurate enough for cold water swimming as they are in increments of 5 degrees.Size is good to attach but hard to read.As stated, temperature reading slow.In future, I'd prefer to have a clip-on versus a cord and something more accurate and more easily readable.

Good coarse measurement
I bought this to attach to my float for cold water swimming. It works as advertised! As it is very small, and my eyes are over 50 years old, it's a little hard to read when you're bobbing out in the water, and because it is small the gradient is very chunky, so it's hard to tell if the water is 50, 51, 52, etc... but when the water is that cold, it doesn't matter that much! It's cold!

Very accurate tool. It's compact size with no dependence on a battery system. Is a trusted temperature monitor for travel medication carry.

Too Small to be Useful
I liked that this product was small/lightweight, but size is also its biggest limitation. By cramming 140 degrees (F) onto the small package, the designer had to limit readings to 5 degree hashes that are VERY close together. The difference between 60 and 65 F is significant, but you can't tell with this b/c there just isn't enough room.

The scale of the the Temps Too Small
About all I can tell about the temperature of the indoor pool I use for water aerobics is whether it's above 80° or below.
