These bowl scrapers are perfect. If you've made bread, you know how important it is to be able to scrape out the bowl cleanly without popping the precious air bubbles you built during bulk fermentation. These scrapers are small and flexible and easily conform to various bowl sizes to gently scoot the dough out onto the work surface. I use the straight edge to cut my dough into pieces and also use this for the shaping process. I also use these scrapers to cut butter into flour for pie crusts and to mix in chocolate chips, nuts, and more into my cookies. When I'm done, I use my fingers to scrape off the dough and put these through the dishwasher. These scrapers have helped me make many beautiful sourdough loaves, focaccia, buns, pie crust, cookies, and more. These are versatile, durable and always in reach when I'm baking.

So far these scrapers have held up for several uses and washes. Dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. They are the right thickness for and little bend without breaking. They are small enough to store in any drawer easily. Perfect for scraping bows or plates.

I was making pizza dough and noticed one of the corners was bent. Fortunately, I have more. They work great for scraping the surface clean when kneading dough.

Combine these with other baking supplies for a friend for Christmas so she could do baking with her grandchildren. She said everything was terrific so I guess it was a good purchase
