Would buy again
I definitely will say it has helped with my mind, it used to be cloudy and just all in all it has helped in clearing the mind and making me more focused, the bottle and capsules are done well and looks grate. Taste on the other hand same as most supplements doesn’t taste good, so just have it with a protein shake or some type of flavored drink other wise you’ll be just fine. The capsules are Farley easy to intake, but when you got lots of ingredients does make sense. I do recommend these to anyone that’s having brain fog to start on them.

Excellent Product! I highly recommend it!
I've been taking this supplement for 5 years on and off. I usually take it with dinner, and I feel sharper the following day. Based on the reviews, most people take it first thing in the morning, but my body has adapted to taking it at night and it works for me.The days I take it, I feel I am able to recall things easier and faster. I also notice I am able to think deeper about issues which is great for my career. In full disclosure, I also take caffeine pills in the morning. They give me energy and together with his supplement in my system, it gets me going to start my day.I highly recommend and hope the company continues to produce this great supplement forever! It makes a positive impact on people's lives at an affordable price.

Not what I was hoping, but it's not all bad. :)
I am 68 years old, I have trouble sleeping at night, I have hardly any energy, and my inability to concentrate is about zero. (I do have ADHD and diabetes, and other things, which, I know contributes to my symptoms...)I use Melatonin to sleep for a few days, then I will switch over to a sleep aid (do an Amazon search below) so that I don't take Melatonin too long. From what I feel, and have read, you are not supposed to take it (Melatonin) for too long as it has side effects, which, I can attest, it sure does, it makes you feel terrible after a few days. (It may just be me though, so do your own research on Melatonin) So, I switch out between the two pills, it works pretty well for me.Search for "Amazon Basic Care Sleep Aid Tablets" with the words SLEEP AID in large letters, I will say though, if you are a male that has an enlarged prostate, you shouldn't take these. I have one, but I still take them, but I do not use an entire caplet, I cut it into quarters, I took a half a few times and it affected my prostate. Taking too much will also knock your lights out all night, and part of the next day, so this stuff is potent, but in a good way, you have to test it to see how it affects you.I had high hopes that this Brain Booster was going to be THE ONE magic pill that would give me back the ENERGY I 'used to' have, which I lost about 10 years ago, I was a really energetic person, but one day I realized that my energy was just gone, even with exercise. (I read some reviews on how much of a sucker we are to even consider this to be a real thing, but, if it helps you in a way that is real, or imagined, who's to say that it's stupid)The first day I took one of the "Brain Booster" pills I actually felt 'something', not quite a surge of energy, but I felt a little different. I hoped that it would be a definitive feeling that I could say that was 'energy', but I didn't really feel that. I did do a few things around the house, so that gave me some hope. The second day I felt it slightly too, I did a few things around the house that day also. The next day, I didn't feel it as much, the next, only a little, maybe. The next, same thing. As of now, I am on my 7th day, I feel "something" again, but not that much as far as energy goes. Imagine that you're sitting down and you have to psyche yourself up to get up and do something, not being lazy, but have zero energy and just no 'get up and go'.On my MENTAL CLARITY I felt something, was it real, or imagined? :) It might just be the placebo effect, I can't say for sure, but, I did feel slightly more 'brainy' and my memory was also feeling slightly better. The BRAIN FOG is not completely gone, but I feel as though I can see 'something', far off, if you get my drift... CONCENTRATION is kind'a better, but not lasting...Yesterday I took one in the morning, then yesterday afternoon at 3:00pm I took another, I wanted to see if there was any adverse effects from taking it TWICE a day. There was. I lay there for quite a bit, maybe an hour before i went to sleep, and was half awake, half asleep the entire night, I really didn't rest well, at all. Yes, that was a dumb thing to do, but I like to know limits on certain things, this was one of them. After I woke up, I took my Sunday morning pill, within 30 minutes or less, I didn't have the grogginess that I had only minutes before, so there is that. I feel that if a person has had too much to drink the night before, this 'might be' something that helps, but, no guarantees.I do want to say, THIS PILL IS HUGE!7/8"x5/16" is the size of it, if you have a hard time swallowing large pills, you might need to know this. It says to "Take with food", I am certain that really equates to, so you don't choke on it because it is very lightweight (it floats!) and dry if taken by itself using a glass of water to wash it down. I said I like to test myself, I'm still here. :)If you are eating you could take a pill and swallow it no problem, but, if you insist on taking it with water, take the drink of water FIRST, then take the pill, don't place this in your throat and then think that you will be able to swallow it very well, because it's not easy. After the first time I took it 'dry' I now know what to expect, so now I know that I can take it dry, but having water to wash it down. I literally wondered if I was going to make it the first time, really, it got really stuck, but I did have that water in my hand.Anyway, I still have 3 weeks worth left to take, so I'll see what happens, if there is nothing to write home about after that 30 days, I'll stop taking them and not order anymore, if I see ANY benefit, I will consider if it's worth the money and effort. At least these are not that expensive, so that is really not a big consideration, but to take a pill and not really getting any of the claimed benefits, I'm really not into that.I'll come back (I promise) and let others know what happened, I like it when people actually do that, it really helps to know the long term effects with a good review.

Not sure what to make of this supplement
Purchased these pills because I was looking for something to help me stay focused at work. I work in IT and lately I've been finding it difficult to focus, especially towards the afternoon. I looked around to see what options was available and this product came recommended. With +6700 reviews and a 4.5-star rating, figured I could purchase a bottle, and try it out for 30 days.Personal BackgroundMale, +40 years old, 6’4”, 225lbsDietary backgroundI did NOT change my diet, nor did I stop taking the one-a-day I was taking prior to starting the Brain Booster supplement. Both pills (pictured) were taken with breakfast, which consists of 2 whole grain, HFCS-Free PB&J, with 1 cup of instant coffee (milk, no sugar). This has been my go-to breakfast most workdays for the past +10 years. So, I know have a good idea how my feels like and what kind of energy level I have after eating this breakfast combination. At work, I normally brew 4 cups of coffee, the equivilant of 1 large insulated cup of coffee; creamer, no sugar.Lunchtime meals is usually some kind of Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice dish.Reaction to SupplementDays 1-5, I was gassy, not the burping kind either, nor the silent but lethal kind either. I simply had extra gas that need to be released into the wild. This went away within the first week of taking the supplement.Days 1-25, I felt absolutely no change in my mental clarity, at least nothing obvious that I could directly attribute to the supplement. That said, there was one side effect I noticed around day 3, and that was I wasn’t needing my daily cup of coffee. I still drank my insulated mug worth, but found that I really didn’t need it and only drank it so it wouldn’t go to waste. By day 6-7, I stopped drinking the work cup coffee all together. I still drink the one cup with my PB&J sandwiches, but that's it.I haven’t needed or wanted coffee while at work. Still no mental clarity, but not tired either. That got me thinking that there was something to this supplement after all, and I believe it was the 8333% Vitamin B12 that comes with it. So, I purchase a bottle of Vitamin B-Complex supplement for a fraction of the cost of this Brain Boost stuff. I took the B-Complex supplement for 5 days, in place of the Brain Boost pill, and had the exact same reaction. I felt exactly the same as I did on this stuff; no additional mental clarity, but just as awake through out the day.ConclusionI’m not too sure what to make of these supplements, on one hand, I did discover that the B12 in it actually helped me stay alert throughout the day, but felt no additional brain boost from the rest of the ingredients. I would be hard pressed to recommend this product to someone, seeing that I had the same results from an alternative, lower-cost solution. I will not be purchasing this again.
