This litter mat works better than I expected! I placed it inside my litter box enclosure, and it catches almost all of the litter as my cat exits. It’s soft on their paws but really effective at trapping stray litter, which keeps the rest of the house much cleaner. Easy to shake out or vacuum when needed. The media could not be loaded. This mat is so well-designed that you forget how simple it is!It arrived folded up and packaged in a plastic sleeve. When I unwrapped it, the mat retained its folded shape, and would not lay flat. However, the enclosed instructions acknowledge this, and advise you to place the mat on a flat surface, and weight it down with something like books overnight, or until it will lay flat on its own. Mine took about 24 hours to lay flat enough to use, and after about a week, even the fold lines had disappeared.The mat is made out of a foam type material, and is extremely lightweight. This makes it easy to position, but it also means the mat tends to slide around a bit when your cat jumps onto it. I tend to have to reposition my mat about once a week.The honeycomb texture of the top layer is about a half inch thick, and captures stray litter excellently. The mat's large enough that it can cover a pretty big area, and comes in various sizes, so you have a ton of options. Emptying the mat is super easy as well; you just pull the upper layer up, and turn the mat so that all the litter slides out.Cleaning it is simple. A friend recommended this to me when we were chatting about the litter tracking at my house. Our cat will not use a litterbox that has a lid (we've tried) and prefers an open space. I've tried other litter mats but none we successful until this product. It has truly reduced the litter tracking by roughly 90% - and I say that with honesty. I'm so impressed. What's also great is that although there is the opening to dump the litter to the trash can, I can just as easily vacuum it up because the catch holes are big enough that there is no block to catch it all in its entirety - a nice efficiency. 10/10 highly recommend this mat. It holds a lot of litter at a time and is a great value for the investment.

The mat does what it claims—it catches litter effectively and helps keep the area around the litter box cleaner. The material is easy to shake out and clean, which is a plus.However, it tends to slip around on our floor, especially when our cat jumps out of the litter box. We’ve had to reposition it several times. Also, the size is a bit awkward for those using a Litter-Robot. It doesn’t quite line up well with the base, so some litter still ends up outside the mat.Overall, it’s a decent product, but it could use a better non-slip backing and a more Litter-Robot-friendly design.

This product works like a charm and is nice to look at. We are seeing 95% less litter floating around the floor. I would definitely recommentd this product.

I absolutely love this mat! The holes do a great job catching litter, and compared to others I’ve seen, the price is fantastic. It did come with a bend, but I just bent it the opposite way a couple of times, and it flattened out. I saw some reviews mentioning color variation, but I’ve bought three (all at different times), and they’ve all been the same color, so no issues there. It also holds a lot! My cats love to kick out piles of litter, and I only need to clean it about once a week, sometimes even less. My only complaint is that it isn’t very slip-resistant, but that’s an easy fix. Overall, highly recommend!

This is a great size to keep under the cat litter. It contains the loose litter when my kitties leave. It's easily cleaned and is very durable. Definitely worth the money!!
