Having ordered various speakers and mini hi-fi systems from Amazon in the past, I was a bit wary that this was going to be like the others and a disappointment compared to the glowing reviews. I need not have worried, it's an amazing little speaker.It feel solid and well made, not too heavy but in no way could be described as flimsy or plasticy, in fact it's just right. Sound wise it's got good bass and projects a decent wide stereo sound stage. It definately has a "front" and "back" to the sound, so if you're "behind" it you can tell it's not quite as good, but still far better than you'd normally expect for this size of speaker. The waterproof capability seems to work well, even though I'm not sure you'd want to try to listen to it if it was floating around in a pool as the sound is muffled by the water. But for something to listen to outside at a typical BBQ (i.e. it's raining), or use on the beach or by a pool without worrying then it's excellent.Bluetooth connectivity seemed reliable and battery life was very good.Only thing I wasn't so keen on was that the connect/disconnect/power off/on beep from the speaker is a bit loud if you're somewhere quiet (e.g. camp site late at night) but that's about it.Overall a great little speaker and worth every penny.

I love this speaker. The sound quality is excellent and it is easy and convenient to use wherever and whenever I want to listen.It is quite small and unobtrusive and so moving it around the home and garden is easy.

I did a fair bit of research before purchasing my BOOM 3. I wanted a speaker for under £100 but wanted one with great sound quality, one that really got delivered the base and had volume to throw the sound over a large area. This one does it all and more. As for the battery life, they claim 15 hours, which I thought was a very bold claim. I can't say I have timed it but can say the battery life is better than any other battery powered product I have bought - amazing! Would highly recommend this product.

Very good sound, good base. Compact and solid. No connection issues or app sales issues as other have said, but if you buy apple products, thats what you get. No issue on my android, in fact no ads or sales at all. Bit pricey if im honest as i would love 2 paired but maybe in the future.

Really cool design, very easy to use and solid performance. Hooks up very quickly via bluetooth, nice design features and interface. Battery performance is excellent. Is properly waterproof (tested in the ocean!), good distance signal performance and finally excellent sound performance for what is a modest sized speaker. Even can do wireless charging if you have a Dock. Recommended
