Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula Moisturizing Body Oil was made for the body, not the face, but if you have extremely dry skin around our nose, there's no reason not to try a little. However, if you choose to use any body product on your face, please test the product on a small patch of skin under the jaw, or on the neck, to see if the product is right for your skin type.

Q: does this smell similar to the skin therapy oil?

I do not know what the therapy oil smells like, but this just has a faint cocoa butter fragrance. The fragrance does not last very long and does not compete with perfume.

Q: Is there any hydroquinone in this oil?

Hydroquinone is not listed as an ingredient.

Q: Can i use this while i'm in the shower ? and if so will my skin be soft when i get out ?

I wouldn't use it with the water is running. I actually put the body oil in a clear soap dispenser on a shelf in the shower. Right after I shower (Before I leave the shower) I put it all over my body then hop out of the shower and pat dry with my towel. I've been using it for about a week now and my skin feels AMAZING
