Fridgemaster MS91518FFS American Fridge Freezer - Silver [Energy Class A+]

Works well, good value, plenty of space inside and looks really smart in our kitchen. It’s a little noisy at times but in my experience fridges usually are. Although we are quite happy with the product, we did find the men who delivered it to be a bit rude as we didn’t know wether it would fit through the door. Luckily it did, but felt the criticism from the delivery men was unnecessary.

When I ordered this product, I didn't buy installation. A fridge doesn't need any installation than to put in a plug, I thought, and for that the charge seemed rather high. So the fridge freezer was delivered (free of charge - I also didn't pay to choose the time it would come). The deliverers carried it in and put it into place, still boxed. They said that was all they were going to do as I had not paid for them to do more. Fair enough, I thought. However, when they left I realised they had carelessly put it into place BACKWARDS i.e. the front to the wall. So I had to get someone to turn it round I'd never ordered from AO before, and this was by way of being a trial run, as I have to buy a houseful of appliances - 2 cookers, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher - one reason I am being frugal. You may think that, on this showing, I would learn the lesson to pay them for extras like installation in future. However, I am more inclined to think that a good price is not so good if you have add-ons to pay for. I would be wary about buying from AO again. I would say that the fridge freezer itself so far seems fine, but I have only had it about a week, and part of that time I couldn't use it because I had to get someone to turn it round, etc. So - if you are thinking of buying from AO without buying extras at least check the deliverers have put your item the right way round!

I was fed up of poor food storage and having to waste as I compost and reuse where possible this fridge has plenty of space and keeps my food fresher for longer supermarket shops will take less time to put away now love it.
