Do not consume this product if you have heart issues or are sensitive to substances. I drank about 1 brewed tbsp. and it made my pulse really weak. I felt like it was really hard to stay awake. I was very frightened. Do your research on rue/ruda it is not safe for human consumption! It can cause damage to your organs.
