I use this after walking, to ease my legs at night - it's extremely effective! It's also very good for figety legs.

Quite watery, but did help me sleep

- The lotion has a soothing scent of lavender and chamomile, which is really calming and perfect for winding down before bed. It creates a relaxing atmosphere that helps ease the mind.- The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly into the skin without leaving any greasy residue. This makes it convenient to apply right before hitting the sheets.- It genuinely seems to support better sleep. After using it, I noticed falling asleep faster and having a more restful night, which is a huge plus.- The natural ingredients are a big win. Knowing that it's free from harsh chemicals gives peace of mind, especially for those with sensitive skin.**Areas for Improvement:**- The bottle size could be larger. At 180ml, it runs out faster than expected, especially if used regularly.- The scent, while pleasant, might be a bit strong for those sensitive to fragrances. A milder version could be a good option.- It would be nice if the lotion came with a pump dispenser for easier application, as squeezing the tube can be a bit inconvenient.

The lotion is lovely and smells great. Directions how to use advise to massage 4 pumps of lotion. I’m an average size woman and one pump is enough for both of my feet and legs. Four pumps is a lot of product!

Was skeptical at first but there are plenty of studies on the effects of magnesium on sleep. I just didn't want to take tablets as I was taking a lot of supplements at time of purchase so bought this instead.I am bad at using this religiously but, when I do, I notice I go into a deeper sleep. I have very disturbed sleep but I notice that, when I use this, I am able to drift back to sleep even if I'm woken up by my toddler/my own thoughts :) Delighted to see it's safe to use in pregnancy too so I can carry on using it. It's got a nice scent and texture too, isn't too thick and feels light and nourishing on my feet and legs. I usually pop my socks back on to let it really sink in. Would recommend as relatively cheap but effective sleep aid!

I’ve suffered restless legs during pregnancy and after, this really does work for me! I would apply a small amount before bed and usually helps me relax and sleep. The cream is thick so when you apply it takes a while to rub on and absorb. I love the smell as it helps me to relax. I use to bulk buy this when on offer as full price is quite expensive.The bottle design is not ideal as you can never get to the bottom of the cream from the pump so I end up cutting up the tub to reach the bottom as it tends to be a lot left.
