Maybe the people with negative reviews have other "problems" that can't be fixed with just a supplement, but this product absolutely works. It tastes great like a cinnamon honey. Works fast, within 15-20 mins of taking it and the effects last for about 3 days in my experience. I also experienced no headaches or body aches at all. I don't know why the other reviews claim it, there has been none at all in my experience and I've used the entire pack. Just reordered a new one today, maybe they don't realize you don't need to take any entire pack honestly I take about a half a pack and I'm going "strong" for hours if you catch my drift 😏. All in all I've tried many others and this one is by far my favorite and I will continue to stay with it.

certainly helps with circulation if you know what I mean, I did get a low-key headache, but the pros far outweigh the cons one serving seems to last for a number of days. I would highly recommend this and will be buying it again.

I've had the misfortune of purchasing this item, and I must warn others about its negative effects. It's given me headaches and stomach pain, making it an item I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The lack of a refund policy only adds to my disappointment.

The product really gives you endurance to rise up to the occasion. But you have to choose between 2 days of headache and the product. You will feel the impact for 3 days without the need to consume another sachet. But be prepared to for headache, this is not a joke.

Excellent product arrived just in time

I bought this a couple of times and it was great. It was replaced with a similar product but new product taste terrible. But if you put it in yogurt it’s fine.
