I tend to have calluses on my heels. I try to keep them buffed but with the way I walk (heavy on my heels) and my weight, they happen quick lol. And occasionally, they have cracked. Not since using this! They feel soft and healthy and it seems to help with my circulation issues. They just look better after applying it. The swelling is relieved. My feet love this stuff. This us absolutely the best cream for dry and rough hands. I tutor students in reading, and wash hands often. Frequent use of sanitizer takes it's toll on anyone's hands. Thus is the only lotion that helps keep my hands from splitting due to dryness.
