Excellent value good as Neilmed
Works as good as Neilmed, cheaper too. I purchased as it's all made in Europe not USA like Neilmed. (ok i know amazon is owned in USA!!)

Good enough alternative to Neilmed
It's salt in sachets and it's sterile.Not much more to it than that.Only contains sodium chloride unlike the Neilmed ones but it does the job.

Nice and cheap
very convenient dosage. throw the bag into the water and immediately wash your nose. very easy and convenient . I like it

Poor bottle which doesnt clear out sinuses
The bottle is poor and does not produce a strong jet of water to clear sinus with. The salt sachets however are good quality. I should have stuck with neilmed bottles.

Not as good as the Neilmed
This isn’t as good as the Neilmed bottle, this bottle is narrower and taller than the shorter wider Neilmed. The issue with this that I found was that with the Neilmed I could squeeze the bottle fully, once for each nostril, which would dispense most of the water. This Amazon bottle when squeezed fully, I find that it dispenses at best approximately 1/3 of the liquid per squeeze. This makes it uncomfortable to use as I find myself particularly on the second nostril having to squeeze and release multiple times. I find that on the Neilmed I can have one continuous flow of liquid in each nostril which is much more comfortable and preferable, less possibility for water going down the throat.
