An essential tool to have
I recently purchased the HORUSDY Multi-Use Siphon Fuel Transfer Pump Kit for Gas Oil and Liquids, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. I decided to test the pump by using it for a transmission fluid change on my Ford Explorer 4th generation, and I was amazed at its performance. The pump worked flawlessly, effortlessly and conveniently replacing with new ATF . Its efficiency and effectiveness were particularly impressive. Within minutes, the fluid was efficiently transferred without any spillage or mess.I found this pump to be a fantastic option when it comes to quickly and reliably transferring fuel or any other fluids. Its versatility allows you to use it for various purposes, making it a practical choice for any DIY project or emergency situation.Apart from its performance, the pump materials are not that durable. I am not that confident that it will last me for a long time, but for the prices is a good option.Overall, I highly recommend the HORUSDY Multi-Use Siphon Fuel Transfer Pump Kit for Gas Oil and Liquids. Its excellent performance during my transmission fluid change and its ability to swiftly and reliably transfer fluids make it an essential tool to have. Whether you need to transfer fuel or other liquids, this pump is a great option that guarantees efficiency and convenience.

Good for pumping transmission fluid.
Used this to pump out transmission fluid from my truck. Works fine. I wish it would pump more fluid per pump.

Really Handy
Really like this tool. Ive used it for transmission fluid changes so far and it gets the job done. Ive had to pump from the bottom of the car and from the top of a car so Ive used it in both gravity scenarios. The pump works well and its is easy to setup. Once this thing gets going it transfers the liquid quick and I like that. One thing Id like to see as a change is maybe have different hose ends for different sized holes for transmission fill plugs. Id still recommend this for sure tho.

The red hoses are the worst nothing but kinks
The pump works great but the red hoses are terrible if they kink which they do a lot it’s almost impossible to pump the fluid need to find more flexible hoses

USED ONCE, then tried about 2 weeks later, basically disintegrated.
Used to pump stale gas out of boat. Managed to get about 4 gallons out to use for burning yard debris, planned to pump the rest "next time". Left out in the boat for about 2 weeks. Red hose turned pink (from sunlight?) and got soft so it no longer allowed you to pull a vaccuum. The plunger handle pulled out when I tried to pump after squeezing the hose back open.I need the gas out of the boat, so this may still be a solution, but from my experience you must do this all at once because long term exposure to gasoline and/or sunlight will render this useless in short order.Based on my experience, I'd say this is not truly compatible with gasoline, at least not for any extended period of time. If you must use for gas, make sure to drain this in between uses.I may actually buy another because this was a SAFE way to get the gas out, but I'd love to find a better solution - it wasn't easy to get the 4 gallons, and I have a 60 gallon tank.IMPORTANT, they call this a siphon pump, but it doesn't prime itself and then let the fluid run by siphon action. You must PUMP THE PLUNGER for every bit of flow you need. I think it is fair to call this a suction pump, but siphon seems a stretch.

Will Most Likely Get You Out of a Bind, Basically Disposable
I was in need of this transfer pump for some differential work I was planning on, but fate had other plans and I ended up using this pump to transfer gas out of a vehicle for an in-tank fuel pump replacement. The pump worked well for my fuel project, but a week later when trying to use it for the differential project (gear oil) the pump would not work--minimal resistance and sounded like it was just huffing air back & forth. It seems as if the gas, even though the pump was rated for gas use, deteriorated the internal seals and/or valves. This said, the pump worked well out of the package, moving a good amount of fuel quickly but moving forward I'm considering this to be a one & done pump due to the failure that occurred while sitting for a week between projects.

Works really well and very good value
I haven't used this yet to take out the old gas from the generator. However, the suction power is incredible. I'm sure the 6.5 gallons will be taken out really quick. The gas that is in the generator is at least 10 years old and will not let the generator start. I could see how this would work for an air mattress or the floatie toys.

Siphon safely!
I bought this so I could siphon fuel from a motorcycle tank, worked like a charm. Next, I’ll be able to siphon gear oil from 2 differentials if I don’t feel like replacing the gaskets. Fuel leaked a bit but manageable. Buy this.
