This is incredible, my son has ADHD, he really struggles to wind down at night, I bought this as a last chance saloon kind of thing, and wow. Sprayed his pillow and favourite teddy, and he was asleep in 10 minutes flat. The smell is divine and for the first time in literally years my son has slept through the night. I am not a fan of the smell of lavender or camomile,but I bought this to spray in the car to help with my travel sick puppy, along with a ginger biscuit, we have only done very short journeys since using it, but he seems much happier and hasn't been sick since. (Not sure if it this, the ginger, or both) It smells absolutely beautiful, really subtle and refreshing, so much so that I have used it to spray on my pillow at night, sadly it hasn't helped me to fall asleep,or hasn't improved my sleep at all, but my room smells lovely so I will continue to use it.Verdict: I don't rate it for a sleep aid, but a thumbs up for my travel sick puppy 🐶

I love this product I have 3 children at home who all use this on their pillows each night before bed, they love the smell and it helps them drift off into a peaceful sleep, it’s not strong or overpowering but still lasts a long time so leaves their rooms smelling lovely, a few sprays does the trick so the bottle lasts ages too

Adds a bit of luxury to the sleep routine. A beautiful mix of sleepy time essential oils, gives the pillows a divine scent. Bought this alongside the magnesium body moisturiser. Have found it really does aid in drifting off, and do get more deep sleep (according to my watch thingy).

Jury is out! But I will update any changesSmells lively almost like it’s a room spraySprayed generously and it’s a pleasant smell and not too overpowering.I’ve had insomnia for weeks so let’s see if this helps….Night 1 … no change but maybe I’m aware of the scent and overthinking so preventing sleep.Night 2…. TBCTried for 2 further nights, I think it helps slightly with anxiety symptoms but as for insomnia not at all.I’ve now asked GP for sleeping meds.

Smells great and while I might be suffering from placebo effect, it does seem to work, makes me feel better at night
