Purchases this as a bib for my grandmother because of the lovely pattern and snap closure at the neck.The pattern looks lovely but feels rather plasticy. The snap closure even on the bigggest setting is on the tight size. Both me and my mother tried it on. I could wear it but my mother found it to be too tight. Using the ties wouldn't be much of an option, as my grandmother has dementia and could hurt herself with them.It is definately as long as they say.
