love this in replacement of ibuprofen! just note that it’s not an anti inflammatory, more so just a pain reliever! but it works great! use for any type of pain, menstrual cramps, headaches, works great for hangovers too! appreciate the clean ingredients in this, definitely a better option to other over the counter medications!

I switched to Genexa for its clean formula, and I’m glad I did. It works just as well as regular acetaminophen for headaches and body aches, but without the dyes or artificial additives.
