I purchased this product in April 2023, use it regularly, and am very satisfied. Most 12 Volt DC 'cigarette lighter' power ports utilize a 15 amp fuse. Doing the math one must consider (start up) amperage of the device being plugged into it. I limit the total wattage to 150 Watts so I don't blow the vehicle supply fuse. Driving party limousines on weekends I have had success running a small personal fan (AC), charging breast pump batteries (AC), maintaining a charge on my laptop (AC), in addition to charging several phones all at the same time. When used properly this device is a workhorse! Cooling fan noise is minimal and I consider it a nonissue. If you are concerned, USB to USB-C adapters are very inexpensive. After two and a half years of regular use, I have no complaints. Great price too!

Bought this for a camping trip in yosemite, works great and was a lifesaver for airing up an air mattress in the car. I will say that it does emit a high-pitched out noise but this is easily drowned out with radio or music.

Bought it for a ten-hour road trip, needed to bring my laptop to get some work done. I could NOT afford not to have a charger. This thing worked perfectly. Easy, light, really just a basic thing. But it worked! Fully charged my laptop with a nice little button to turn off the power source when I didn’t need it.

Works well in the car for when I need to use my laptop,only wish it had C ports so I didn’t have to use an adapter.

This is a great investment!! I bought this because I wanted to be able to charge my laptop in my car for breaks when I door dashed because I also work from home. This charges my laptop very fast considering its using a car charging port! There are lights that let you know when its unsafe/safe to use. I can charge my laptop and phone at the same time and the light stays blue which means safe! If the light turns red it means danger and unplug your devices immediately. I've never seen the red light but I know it also will automatically shut off if needed. I really love that there is a power button to turn on and off this device. I love that it also has 4 extra USB ports if needed as well. Personally, this thing met my expectations. I have a GMC Acadia so my truck has 2 batteries one strictly for lights/charging and one for my truck so I can't speak for if it runs your battery dead, mine never does, but to be safe, maybe just use it when you're driving or have your car on. Its handy, its useful, it does exactly what it says it does. 10/10 seller and product from my experience.

Update: Seller reached out and provided a refund. Updated the rating to 4 stars for their customer service experience. Did not repurchase as I was worried I may have run into the same issues.Would give zero stars if could. Inverter does not work. Will not even work with a simple phone charger. Bought the inverter for the car as we live in Florida so have many storms and go without power, but also live in an apartment so cannot have a generator. Thought it would be good to have as we can run out to the car and use for essential quick items that need power. Attempted our first use during Hurricane Milton as power was out for 12+ hours and needed a phone charged once plugged into the cigarette lighter it blinked red and that was it. I tried the other port in the car in the trunk and the same red light again. Watts and voltage have been cross referenced and it is definitely the inverter that has failed us. Cannot return as it was purchased in February 2024 but this was my first time attempting to use it as it was never needed before and only intended for use in these scenarios.
