Solid construction, great mounting hardware
The instructions could have been a little more detailed but all in all the assembly was relatively simple. The wall mounting hardware is larger than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. Total time needed to assemble and mount all 4 pieces is 15-20 minutes.

Missing nails
The product is self is fine but I do you have to go out and buy longer nails because the nails that were there were two short

super flimsy
really flimsy and cheap. i couldn’t install it using the screws provided they were to long to fit in the wall i had to use my own drywall screws. once installed i noticed how flimsy they were and only ment for a 1lb cat… it’s a bummer i had put holes on my wall to install this now i am returning it and will have to patch these. don’t buy!

Great product, awful screws and anchors
The product itself is well made and sturdy. However I had to spend additional $9 on butterfly anchors with screws. Unfortunately the other reviews are correct. The original anchors are too big and don’t anchor correctly. It was too flimsy. After spending additional money on correct anchors it is now on the wall and very sturdy.

Nice but defective
The holes were not properly aligned, no instructions were sent, and it was very unstable once extra holes were drilled to secure it into the wall. The strings aren’t glued evenly, and the platform is smooth so it’s not easy for the cat to jump on because there’s no grip. I’m disappointed with the product but my cat doesn’t mind it but I don’t recommend it.

worked great
I wanted something for the smaller of my cats to get to the top of the bookcase and shelf that the other three do not have a problem getting to. Has worked great

Screws don't work
The screws kept popping out of the wall. They seem too long. Also, my cat who is only 7lbs got on the hammock and it came out of the wall. It was really easy to put together but too flimsy for cats to use.

Cats love them!
Cats go up and down the wall with ease. And love to perch on them.
