Nice game changer for the Weber 22" kettle.
What a nice game changer. Best grilled (that are like fried) wings I have made. The indirect-direct method works great. I have not tried the direct or indirect snake method for low and slow, but in concept it should work great for both as well. The Vortex is well built and easy to use. It fits perfectly in the Weber 22 and for the price is a great value. With the Vortex regardless of your cooking ability, you can turn out great food.

Vortex - must buy
Superb build quality. Looking for something to enhance grilling wings. It works extremely well. Produces high heat, gets wings crispy and perfectly cooked. Well worth the money, will be buying more for my Weber buddies.

Wonderful Product
I absolutely love my Vortex! I can't believe I waited this long to order one. It's wonderful for wings but does equally well with any other meats I've cooked using it. It's also great for controlling the amount of charcoal being used to cook with so it will pay for itself in that regard in no time! Would highly recommend this product!

Get yourself a vortex!
Finally got to use the vortex for the first time today and it didn’t disappoint. I have a 22” Weber kettle and it works great. Will be the only way I grill pretty much everything from now on, mostly steak and chicken wings but there’s so much more you can do with the vortex. A little pricy for a curved piece of sheet metal but you can tell it’s made well and will last a long time. Fits perfect on my 22”. Keeps the middle right above the outlet of vortex at a perfect temp for searing and the outside of the grill similar to an air fry cook/temp. Would recommend!

Works best with a Weber grill.
This is the best thing for cooking with indirect heat. Cooks the meat perfectly every time. Been using this product for some time and needed a new one. You won't be disappointed if you purchase.

Higher temperature Makes your Weber 22' grill do a better job.
Still have a learning process on getting my wings "right" for crispy skin. Increasing time by 10 minutes- that should do it. Love the flavor...love the simplicity of this process. MUCH better results than I can get on a smoker - Traeger or Weber Smokey Mountain.

I love grilled/smoked wings like everyone else, and then I bought this.... The Vortex takes them to a whole new level. I can honestly say that it will give you wing perfection when done right!! Way worth the price, and heavy duty.
