Vaporera de acero

Works Great
Works great! All the positive reviews were correct. This is functional and easy to use. Lightweight, too. Perfect size, not too big or too small. I've been using it to steam my baby's food and it works well.

Good Steamer
It is the size I wanted and I like the basket with handles. It did a good job cooking broccoli.Negatives are the discoloration of the inside of the pot on the bottom after first use and how thin the metal is (not expected with stainless steel).

Take a gamble
I had to order this twice. For the 1st order, the steamer part had a line of coating peeled off during the first usage! It wasn't a large line / scratch, but it exposed whatever dark metal part underneath so I fear further use may cause unhealthy chemicals or particles to leak out. And the peel is on the inner side of the steamer. Plus, I don't even know what is the base metal they use here, could be cheap metal from the garbage dump, who knows. So I returned / exchanged it.The 2nd one seemed fine. The steamer part lines up nicely with the pot (same as the 1st order). I got lucky here.However, the glass lid would make chipping / cracking sound as the pot is heated up. This is true for both 1st and 2nd orders. I assume it's the glass expanding... but I don't know. My other pots with glass lids don't do this... Maybe one day it will crack in the middle of steaming food... I fear for the worst every time I use it.
