Bought this as a gift for my sister in law. She is an avid runner in the city and I wanted to make sure that she felt protected. It is light and easy to clip onto her belt while running. She feels safe, and had tested it out and it was extremely loud. It is a great value for the item, especially if it means she feels safe, even when running at night.

This is very sensitive. I had two. One was quiet and the second, loud. They pull and go off without trying to set it off . It went off when I hung my purse up. Even with the pin still in but pulled out a little. I was in a public place. Lots of attention. It is still going off and can't stop it. It has been 1 hour and forty five minutes. Not a n good experience since I was not in danger and can't turn it off.

I purchased this for my Wife who wanted something to help defend herself. It appears to be made well, durable, on testing it the alarm is very loud & the white light is very bright. My hope is that it never gets used but if needed it should scare off an attacker & definitely get other people's attention.

This was a great safety tool to send with my daughter to college. It’s small enough and very cute to attach to her backpack as she’s walking to and from class. Does make a very loud noise if you pull the plug for safety.
