Durable and Practical design.
Fits under the bike, when it's jacked up, so not as thin/shallow as I wanted but did just fine. The shipment took a bit of time, I think, if I remember correctly. I was just eager to change my newly purchased, used motorcycle's oil so I can get to riding. I get impatient when stuff I want to do gets put on hold for reasons beyond my control. Anyways, it did its job, and the convenient pour spout makes it easily transferable to a jug or container you use for old oil. Would buy again if something happens to this one. Affordable and a necessity not to be taken lightly, that is, of course, if you are the 'change your own oil' type. Its practical design, durability, and cost make it desirable and worthy of praise.

Good sturdy pan.
I bought this for the convenient spout, no other reason. But, after using flexible pans for years I no longer have the simplicity of dumping used oil into a wide open barrel for recycling. The inflexible pan and spout does make it easy to use either the original oil container or another conscript. The capacity of the pan was not an issue because none of my vehicles even hold more than 4.2 quarts or 3.5 liters of oil. ( liters for the Italian one )While the pan is thin enough to slide under the vehicles I have, I am not, so a floor jack is in the garage.

Works great
This works great for catching oil, transmission fluid, etc. I’ve used it for leaking transmission cooler lines and oil pan gasket replacements. When you’re done , taking some brake parts cleaner and spraying the inside of the catcher works like a charm. Very easy to clean using this method. Even taking a rag to the inside to collect fluid works. Fluid drains easily out of the drain on the side.

3-Jaw Universal Oil Filter Wrench
Anybody who has worked on a engine knows that they need a oil filter wrench if they want to remove the oil filter off of the engine. I am sure we have all seen those standard oil filter wrenches where you slip them onto the oil filter and pull that lever which tightens it against the filter.Thats all well and great if your oil wrench is the proper sise for the filter you are trying to remove cause if its not, your out of luck there buddy. I have one of those big rig style oil wrenches and its too big to fit onto 2 inch oil filters and because of that lever, you can't get them up into tight spaces to work them.So I went looking for an oil filter wrench which would work great for small filters, hence, small engine work. Thats when I found the 3-Jaw universal wrench being sold at Amazon.com. I was a bit worried when I bought this because I saw how small it was in the Amazon image, thought it might not be strong enough.Oh how I was wrong, first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box was how heavy it was, deffinetly meant for the most tightest of filters. There was a guy at Amazon who said that he went to a hardware outlet to purchase a adaptor because he did not have a 1/2 drive rachet. Oh how I feel bad for him, he waisted his time, essentally he bought an adaptor to adapt from the adaptor.Hence it came with an adaptor and so if he just pulled the adaptor out, he would have noticed it has a built in 3/8 drive for rachets as well. Oops :(The jaw is fully adjustable from 2 and 1/2 inches all the way up to 4 inches so thats why its universal. All you have to do is put the jaws onto an oil filter, attach your rachet/socket wrench and begin loosening the filter. The only thing I don't like about this design is that you must keep holding it, if you let off pressure even for a second, the jaws will slip off the filter. Its not bad however once you get used to it and it works well. You tighten on the filter the same way, just switch your rachet direction switch.I would have liked to have seen rubber going down the 3 jaws as to protect the filter from getting scratched. If your not worried about cosmetics, then this won't matter to you. But if you have a race car for car shows, you may not want to scratch up your oil filter using this wrench which has no rubber on the jaws. However, this wrench design has a huge advantage over standard filter wrenches in that you hook onto it from the middle of the wrench. What this means is, you have a hard to reach oil filter in that Honda? No problem, stick on a few extensions, then your rachet, stick it up there and wala, instant access! All in all I think this is a great oil filter wrench. But it would have been nice to have a lock mechanism on the wrench to keep it from slipping off the filter if you let off pressure. And it would have been nice to have had rubber going up and down the jaws as to keep the filters from getting scratched.Date Purchased: 11/07-08Price Paid: $8.00Recommend: YES

Great overall drain pan
Very useful , study and rigid drain bucket. The spout at the front is great and very usefull for pouring the fluids into a disposal container or otherwise pouring the fluids. Holds advertised volume of fluid. My only tiny gripe with it is that you have to almost have it at a 100 degree angle basically a bit more than 90 degrees to completely drain it since there is a small lip which keeps a little bit of the fluid from draining completely unless it’s very angled up. For most cases this is not a big deal and most drain pans dont even have a spout at all so it’s not a huge problem. Overall great product.

Great deep Pan for preventing oil spills in driveway !
Works well. Finally completed an oil change without spilling oil all over the driveway. (I also put a paper towel at the bottom of the pan to make sure the oil wasn't splattering when it hit the bottom). The spout for pouring out the oil comes in very handy. Wife is very pleased with this product.

Good build
The dimensions are optimal in providing a sufficient height which helps in preventing splatters. The capacity is more than adequate in collecting the discharge from a typical engine oil drain, or even a coolant system flush. The material appears tough and rigid enough that it doesn't wobble during handling. It's a great component for vehicle maintenance.
