Took this supplement daily for a month—definitely improved my general brightness and evened out some pigmentation. Easy to swallow and good value for money, though some other brands smell better. I had mild stomach discomfort initially (common with oral glutathione) but it resolved quickly. Effects were mild—not "fair skin"—more of a subtle healthy glow. Stop using and the brightness gradually fades.

I definitely see results in my skin tone after 3 days of use so I would definitely recommend this product especially for people like me trying to get rid of those dark spots,easy to swallow as well n the price is outstanding 😀

Outer clear plastic seal was loose & off..and no inner seal..just cotton. Clearly the bottle was opened and exposed..Not going to use this. Waste of money! Do not recommend this product.

I have been using for a while now and i am not seeing any changes yet in skin tone but overall good products with no reactions .

I noticed my dark elbows appeared lighter, so I had to check my face photos to be sure i wasn’t imagining it! I’ve taken 1 capsule 3 times a day for 3 weeks and here’s my results. I’m shocked! My overall complexion seems brighter as well. The only drawback is the capsules smell bad, but the trade off is worth it for me.

I didnt buy these with the intentions of thinking these would lighten my skin until someone made a comment im like well we know these work
