Does just what it says it will

I bought 5 different products from RNA reset when I took Flora Revive I got so congested then came the nasal drip I’ve read I may be histamine intolerant im lactose intolerant can that be why? Should I stop taking it? Was it supposed to do that? Can I continue taking it? I don’t want to get the congested reaction will that go away once my body gets used to it?
