The Coffee that arrived with this machine was so high quality, it was so easy to plug in and use. Came with a variety of different Coffee's to try and also a promotion to get 50 free coffees and a tumbler, definitely worth the purchase. Milk frother is great and easy to use for making lattés or iced coffees and the machine isn't too noisy.

A fab buy at this price. . A great quality coffee machine. Easy to use. Love the white colour. The Coffee is Amazing. The vertuo coffee pods are the only pods that you can use in this machine. At present you have to order them from Nespresso online as they do not sell the pods in any shops, as of yet. The free Aeroccino frother 3 is awesome. There are a great selection of pods to choose from online. My personal faves are the oat barista and golden caramel barista.I highly recommend this machine. Coffee is piping hot and delicious.

Machine worked fine for about six months, now having issues with it connecting to WiFi, not brewing at all, unable to reconnect after factory resetting and although the customer care line are helpful, they can't be contacted on Sundays when my machine appears to like breaking down and they can't be emailed which gives me the impression they know a cafetiere would be more reliable than this kitchen ornament ! I did eventually get the machine to work for another few weeks however it has started the same break down routine again and going by the reviews in the US it appears the same problems exist in the UK machine too, I would seriously avoid buying this machine, put the money into a Tassimo machine instead.

Easy to setup and use.PLEASE BE AWARE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE FREE PODS.I did not realise this and Amazon even sent me an email with a redemption code and details how to claim pods.As this machine is on sale it does not qualify. Machines must be purchased at RRP to claim free pods.Bit of a con really but can't complain about price of machine.

I adore this machine and frother. I was buying a coffee everyday which was costing me a fortune. This machine is so easy to use and clean and makes the most delicious coffee. I can make my iced lattes in the summer and my hot coffee in the winter. It’s perfection!

It's so loud! I'm surprised there aren't anymore comments on this as mines extremely loud, unless mines faulty?? Other than that, as a basic coffee maker it's nice and easy to set up and coffee is lovely. Pods are very expensive.
