I like the flatness of the needles. If you see over the pin it's not a big issue. They are easy to use.

The thinnesses of these pins make them great for not puckering the fabric.

The pins are sharp and sturdy. I like the cute butterfly design, but several of them came bent in the packaging.

So often pins for quilting look good on line but are not sharp. These are superior in sharpness and quality overall

I have not used these extensively yet, but a quick test of them through material and they seem well made and very nice. I like the longer length and the bright colored flat heads, and they also do stick to a magnetic pin holder. When they arrived one of the pin cases was badly cracked but that may have happened during shipping. They were in a bag with 2 other items, not a box. All in all, for the price, they seem like very nice sewing pins and I will keep them.

Product quality: The pins are okay and usable for their intended purpose: general sewing and quilting. However the pins with the "button" heads are 1/2 inch shorter than the other two head types. Also at least a dozen were bent and one was without a head.Shipping: The small plastic case that the pins came in was quite flimsy and partially open. As a result, there were pins loose in the outer box and some actually sticking out of the unsecured corners of the outer box. I hope no one got stabbed! I was saved by my habit of never picking up a box by its corners.

The pins are nice and sharp I used them on both stretch and woven fabric. I wouldn't use them on very fine fabric though as they are larger circumference than the pins I usually use and will most likely pull and mark the finer fabrics. The flat heads are great for patchwork piecing.
